Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking with Revo Enterprise.

At Revo Enterprise, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for travel services booked through our website.

1. Booking Cancellation

Customers may request a cancellation by contacting our support team through email or phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels.

2. Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before travel – Full refund (excluding service charges).
  • Cancellations made 15–30 days before travel – 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before travel – No refund may be applicable.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during booking whenever possible.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain travel services such as airline tickets, special promotional packages, hotel bookings, or third-party services may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies. These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Changes to Bookings

Requests for changes to travel dates, destinations, or services may be subject to availability and additional charges depending on the policies of our travel partners.

6. Force Majeure

Revo Enterprise shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, airline cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to appear for the scheduled departure or service without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show" and no refund may be provided.
